Can you name each member of Chelsea's 2014-15 Premier League-winning squad?

To mark nine years since Chelsea won the 2014-15 Premier League title, Sports Mole challenges you to name each member of Jose Mourinho's squad.

When Jose Mourinho returned to Chelsea in 2013, the self-anointed 'Special One' was tasked with ending the club's wait for another Premier League title, having steered them to their first two during his first stint in charge.

Although that wait extended to a fourth year, Mourinho achieved his goal by guiding the West Londoners to the top-flight crown during the 2014-15 campaign, adding a third league title to his personal trophy cabinet and reasserting Chelsea's place at the summit of English football after a spell of Manchester dominance.

It was on this day nine years ago that the Blues gave themselves an unassailable advantage over the chasing pack, edging out Crystal Palace by a 1-0 scoreline at Stamford Bridge to secure the title with three games to spare.

To mark the anniversary, Sports Mole challenges you to name each member of Mourinho's squad from that title-winning season.
