Hollyoaks star Chelsee Healey, aka Goldie McQueen, emerges as a late addition to new docusoap Drama Queens.

Hollyoaks star Chelsee Healey has emerged as a late addition to the upcoming docusoap Drama Queens.

The new ITVBe series will follow top female soap stars away from their main jobs, with cameras capturing their home lives and other business ventures.

Among those taking part are Coronation Street's Lucy Fallon (Bethany), Brooke Vincent (Sophie) and Ellie Leach (Faye), Hollyoaks' Jorgie Porter (Theresa) and Jamelia (Sharon), as well as Emmerdale trio Roxy Shahidi (Leyla), Amy Walsh (Tracy) and Laura Norton (Kerry).

The group will now be joined by Healey, who has played Goldie McQueen since 2016 and also runs a fashion brand called Rags the Label.

"Chelsee is a later addition to the show after the main names were announced earlier this year," a source told The Sun.

"It's not clear how much she will feature just yet but she is really popular with Hollyoaks' fans and has a huge social media fan base, so is bound to be a big hit on the show."

Drama Queens is due to air from later this spring.
