Love Island star Adam Collard unveils his body transformation during the coronavirus lockdown.

Former Love Island star Adam Collard has revealed his body transformation during the coronavirus lockdown.

The 24-year old has launched his own fitness programme, Sculpt Fitness, which promises clients that they will "look the best you've ever looked... in just eight weeks".

Showing the benefits of his programme, Collard posted a series of four snaps to Instagram documenting his own transformation over time, with notable improvements to his abs and thigh muscles.

Collard appeared on the fourth season of Love Island in 2018, lasting 32 days before being dumped from the villa.
