Tottenham Hotspur will reportedly not sanction a sale for out-of-favour midfielder Tanguy Ndombele this summer.

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly not considering the sale of record signing Tanguy Ndombele during the summer transfer window.

The Frenchman arrived in North London in a £55m deal from Lyon last summer, but Ndombele has endured a troublesome maiden campaign in the Premier League and has been frequently linked with a move elsewhere.

Barcelona and Inter Milan have both been touted as potential destinations for the midfielder as of late, but Spurs will reportedly rebuff any attempts to prise Ndombele away from the English capital.

According to the PA, Tottenham have not been in contact with any club over a proposed move for Ndombele, despite recent reports claiming that Inter had entered talks with the North London outfit.

The report claims that Spurs chairman Daniel Levy and manager Jose Mourinho are both willing to be patient with Ndombele, even though the Frenchman did not start a single Premier League game following the league's resumption.

Ndombele still has just under five years left to run on his current deal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
