Tom Brady listed as questionable for New England Patriots opener

The New England Patriots decide to list key player and quarterback Tom Brady as questionable for their NFL season opener against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

The New England Patriots have listed star quarterback Tom Brady as questionable for this weekend's clash with the Miami Dolphins.

Brady sat out of his first training session of the summer earlier this week before returning to the field on a limited basis on Friday, with the side now deciding to list their main man as questionable for Sunday's season opener.

Should Brady not make the team, which some experts suggest will be the case despite his listing, it could give a chance to well-respected backup Jimmy Garoppolo to prove himself.

Brady is yet to miss a game for the Patriots since picking up a knee injury back in 2008.
