Carl Frampton is one win away from competing for the WBC super-bantamweight belt after being handed a final eliminator against Hugo Cazares.
Frampton, who relinquished his European and Commonwealth straps in November in an attempt to secure a shot at a world title, will face the experienced Mexican on April 4.
The winner of the Belfast bout will earn an opportunity to face WBC champion Leo Santa Cruz later in the year.
Frampton is undefeated in 17 encounters, while his opponent, a former two-weight world champion, has 40 wins from 49 matches.
