Coronation Street star Sam Robertson is reportedly dating former Arsenal footballer Alex Scott.
The 34-year-old has played Adam Barlow on the ITV soap since 2004, while Scott has become known to a wider audience in recent years thanks to her punditry work and a stint on Strictly Come Dancing,
According to The Sun, the pair were spotted on a date at the Dean Street Townhouse restaurant in London's Soho on Friday night, enjoying dinner and cocktails before disappearing together.
"They both looked totally relaxed about being out together, even though they're both very famous now," an onlooker told the newspaper.
"Strictly made Alex a household name so she's instantly recognisable, and Sam is a big name on Corrie so they probably knew they'd be spotted out together but didn't seem to mind at all.
"They laughed and flirted with each other and had a great time before heading off looking very cosy. They're clearly both happy."
Scott has been in the headlines over the last week after it emerged that she is the frontrunner to take over from Sue Barker on A Question of Sport.
