Arsenal's Mathieu Flamini: 'Our experience will help us qualify for last 16'

Arsenal midfielder Mathieu Flamini says that his experience will help the team qualify for the last 16 of the Champions League.

Arsenal midfielder Mathieu Flamini has claimed that the team's "experience" will help them qualify for the last 16 of the Champions League.

Arsene Wenger's side need to beat Olympiacos by two clear goals on Wednesday night in order to reach the knockout phase of the elite competition.

Flamini, who was part of the Arsenal team that reached the Champions League final in 2006, believes that experience could be vital.

"Of course this is an important competition for me personally and for the club," Flamini told reporters. "We have a good test to prove we have the quality to go through and continue our adventure. Everyone is focused and I will try to help my partners. We are experienced for the big games and I believe we can progress."

Arsenal have won two of their five Group F games.
