Claudio Bravo believes that Alexis Sanchez would improve any side, but is unsure whether Manchester City will be able to land the Arsenal forward.

Manchester City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo has admitted that he would love to see international teammate Alexis Sanchez join the club from Arsenal this summer.

Sanchez is into the final year of his Gunners contract and may be sold for a profit in the coming weeks, having reportedly turned down the offer of improved terms.

Bayern Munich and Man City are the two frontrunners to land the £50m-rated forward, with Citizens stopper Bravo holding out hope of seeing his side win the race.

"Who would not want Alexis as a teammate?" the Daily Star quotes him as saying. "He is one of the best players in the world. But it's not a matter just for the two of us. It's something the clubs have to go through."

Sanchez revealed last week that he is aware of where he will be playing his football next season, with a decision to be made soon following Chile's recent participation in the Confederations Cup.
