Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho reportedly intends to make a final decision regarding his next club by Friday afternoon.

Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho is reportedly expected to decide on his next club by Friday afternoon.

Having been made available in several transfer windows, Coutinho appears to be on the brink of finally departing Camp Nou by the end of the week.

If reports are to believed, as many as six Premier League clubs are interested in the Brazilian playmaker, who has previously starred in the division with Liverpool.

According to Sky Sports News, the Merseyside giants and Tottenham Hotspur have no intention of signing the 29-year-old this month.

However, the same outlet says that Coutinho has his pick of two clubs and will reach a final decision over the next 24 hours.

Aston Villa, Arsenal, Everton, Leicester City and Newcastle United have all been linked with Coutinho in recent weeks.
