Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly considering whether to rival Arsenal in the race to sign Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai.

Wolverhampton Wanderers reportedly hold an interest in signing Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai.

Having emerged as a key man at the Austrian outfit, the 19-year-old is currently being linked with a number of high-profile European clubs, including Arsenal and AC Milan.

According to Sempre Milan, Wolves are also monitoring the situation ahead of a potential approach for the Hungary international.

Szoboszlai is allegedly available for a fee in the region of €24m (£21.82m), which could be paid in three instalments.

Given the financial implications of the coronavirus pandemic, such a method could prove attractive to all parties as they bid to maintain a regular cash flow.

Szoboszlai has contributed 15 goals and 22 assists from 58 Salzburg appearances in all competitions.
