Valencia have confirmed that full-back Guilherme Siqueira has passed his medical ahead of joining the club on loan from fellow La Liga side Atletico Madrid.
The Brazilian left-back has agreed an 18-month deal that will see him join Gary Neville's Los Che until June 30, 2017.
Newcastle United were linked with Siqueira last week, but Valencia have won the race to sign the 29-year-old.
Siqueira will hope for more first-team football with Valencia having played just once in La Liga this season under Diego Simeone since the return of Filipe Luis from Chelsea.
