Luis Enrique: "Luis Suarez is irreplaceable"

Barcelona manager Luis Enrique calls Luis Suarez irreplaceable after the striker scored a hat-trick in the 3-1 win over Eibar.

Barceloan manager Luis Enrique has claimed that Luis Suarez is irreplaceable and invaluable to the club.

The Uruguayan forward hit a hat-trick as Barca beat Eibar 3-1 in La Liga on Sunday to take his tally to seven goals in eight league games this season.

Enrique was delighted with his striker's performance, and rubbished the idea that the club would be willing to sell Suarez for any fee.

"We know the importance of Luis," he told reporters. "What he gives you is invaluable, non-negotiable.

"If he then finishes in the area, then that is great. He is essential and irreplaceable."

Suarez has scored 35 goals in 55 games for the Spanish side since signing from Liverpool in July 2014.
