Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal has confirmed that he will join Bayern Munich.
Reports broke yesterday evening stating that the Bavarians had agreed a fee of £28m with Juve for the Chilean midfielder, who has been identified as a replacement for Bastian Schweinsteiger following his recent move to Manchester United.
Neither club has commented on the speculation, but the 28-year-old has hinted that a switch to the Allianz Arena is close to completion.
"I am going to Bayern Munich," he said during an interview with Chilean newspaper La Carta.
Vidal joined Juve in 2011 and has gone on to win four consecutive Serie A titles with the Old Lady.
