Harry Redknapp to consider new management role

Former Tottenham Hotspur boss Harry Redknapp says that he will only take a new management job if he really 'fancies' it.

Former Tottenham Hotspur boss Harry Redknapp has revealed that he is open to taking on a new job in management but has insisted that he will only take up an offer if it is the right one.

The 65-year-old was sacked from his post at White Hart Lane after the North London club were dropped out of the Champions League qualification spots due to Chelsea's triumph in the European tournament.

"It depends what comes up," Redknapp told Sky Sports News. "It would have to be something I really fancy for me to do it.

"If I am going to do it, I will put myself into it 100% and give everything I've got to it. We will wait and see what comes up."

Redknapp is currently working as an advisor to League One side Bournemouth.
