Chelsea have reportedly finalised an agreement with Bayer Leverkusen for the club-record signing of Kai Havertz.
The two clubs are understood to have come to terms on a package which will see the 21-year-old move to Stamford Bridge for an initial €80m (£71.3m) plus €20m (£17.8m) in add-ons.
The overall fee is therefore €100m (£89.1m), which is significantly higher than Chelsea's previous record signing - the £72m they paid to sign Kepa Arrizabalaga two years ago.
However, Sky Germany claims that Havertz is yet to undergo his medical with the Blues, contrary to reports earlier this week.
The playmaker is currently on international duty with Germany ahead of their Nations League matches against Spain and Switzerland, along with Chelsea duo Antonio Rudiger and Timo Werner.
Havertz is now expected to become Chelsea's seventh signing of the summer, after Werner, Hakim Ziyech, Ben Chilwell, Thiago Silva, Malang Sarr and Xavier Mbuyamba, and will take their spending beyond the £200m mark.
