Chelsea 'identify two-man goalkeeper shortlist to replace Kepa Arrizabalaga'

Chelsea reportedly identify Ajax's Andre Onana and Atletico Madrid's Jan Oblak as their preferred targets to replace Kepa Arrizabalaga this summer.

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has reportedly identified two targets to replace goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga this summer.

The future of the Spanish shot-stopper was thrown into further doubt at the weekend when Lampard dropped him for the final day of the season, selecting 38-year-old Willy Caballero between the sticks instead.

Caballero is expected to also start in Saturday's FA Cup final and Kepa could have already played his final game for the club, having saved a league-low 51.5% of the shots he has faced in the Premier League this season.

The Evening Standard reports that Chelsea will now press ahead with plans to bring in a top-level goalkeeper after securing Champions League football on the final day of the season.

Ajax's Andre Onana and Atletico Madrid's Jan Oblak are at the top of their wanted list to replace Kepa, who became the most expensive keeper in history when he moved to Chelsea two years ago.

Chelsea have already agreed deals for Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner this summer, while they have been heavily linked with moves for Kai Havertz and Ben Chilwell.
