Newcastle United look to loan move for Chelsea's Marco van Ginkel?

Newcastle United could look to make a summer loan move for Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel, who spent last season on loan at AC Milan.

Newcastle United could look to make a summer move for Chelsea youngster Marco van Ginkel, according to a report.

The 22-year-old midfielder spent last season on loan at Italian AC Milan, with Tuttosport suggesting that the Magpies are interested in pushing for a loan move to bring Van Ginkel to St James' Park.

Newcastle narrowly retained their Premier League existence last season and are looking to bolster their midfield options, but it is also understood that Van Ginkel may prefer a second loan move back to the San Siro.

The Dutchman originally made his move to Chelsea from Vitesse in 2013 for a fee in the region of £8m.
