A number of Premier League and Championship clubs are reportedly interested in Aldershot Town starlet Reece Wylie, with Chelsea at the front of the queue to sign him.

Chelsea are in pole position to sign teenage non-league midfielder Reece Wylie, according to a report.

The 17-year-old has impressed for Aldershot Town's age-grade side and has already been called up for England at Under-17s level.

A number of Premier League and Championship clubs are rumoured to have approached Aldershot over a deal for the highly-rated youngster.

TEAMtalk suggests that Chelsea are leading the way for Wylie, who could net his side a six-figure windfall.

Frank Lampard has been praised for his handling of the Blues' academy products this term, with Tino Anjorin and Armando Broja the latest youngsters to be handed their Premier League debuts in Sunday's 4-0 win over Everton.
