Yuri Semin has been removed from his role as the head coach of Ukrainian side Dynamo Kiev with immediate effect.
The club's board made the decision following a run of results that has seen Kiev lose four of their last five matches in all competitions, including last week's 4-1 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.
"FC Dynamo Kiev thanks Yuri Semin and the entire coaching staff of the team for their co-operation and wishes them every success in their future activities," read a statement on the club's official website.
"His replacement for the next game will be announced in the near future."
The 65-year-old had been in charge at the Olimpiysky National Sports Complex since 2010.
