Sunday's Serie A predictions including Juventus vs. Benevento

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Sunday's Serie A fixtures, including Juventus vs. Benevento.

Hellas Verona vs. Atalanta (Sunday, 11.30am)

Seeking to overcome Champions League heartbreak and take another step towards a return to Europe next season, Atalanta BC visit mid-table Hellas Verona on Sunday.

The ninth-placed hosts welcome their free-scoring opponents to the Bentegodi following back-to-back Serie A defeats, while Gian Piero Gasperini's visitors are well-placed to achieve a third consecutive top four finish after a run of five wins from six.

We say: Hellas Verona 1-2 Atalanta BC

Tactical grand master Gian Piero Gasperini can edge out his student on Sunday, as Atalanta will be fuelled by their midweek disappointment and subsequent determination to achieve a third straight Champions League qualification.

Generally setting up in similar formations - with two creative players behind a lone front man - the visitors' abundance of individual quality in the final third should ultimately prove the difference between the sides.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Juventus vs. Benevento (Sunday, 2.00pm)

A clash of two clubs in contrasting league form sees champions Juventus needing a win to keep faint hopes of a tenth successive Scudetto alive, as they meet free-falling Benevento at the Allianz Stadium on Sunday.

Visiting manager Pippo Inzaghi pits his struggling side against one of the clubs where he shone brightest as a player, amid a terrible run of form since the turn of the year, while the hosts must claim victory to stay in touch with the league-leading Milan clubs.

We say: Juventus 3-0 Benevento

The chances of Benevento ending their long winless run in Turin are slim to none, with even a repeat of their brave home draw against Juventus only a distant possibility due to their ongoing attacking impotence.

Victory is the only option for the Bianconeri, as they seek to cling onto the last vestiges of hope in their pursuit of yet another Scudetto.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Udinese vs. Lazio (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Lazio will travel to Udinese on Sunday afternoon hoping to claim their first away victory in Serie A since January and move closer to the Champions League qualification places.

Meanwhile, the Zebrette have put together a strong run of form at the Stadio Friuli, keeping clean sheets in each of their last four games and winning each of their last three.

We say: Udinese 2-2 Lazio

Lazio will be keen to build on their victory over Crotone as they hope to stay in contention for a return to European competition next season.

However, they face a difficult challenge against an in-form Udinese outfit, who are set to cause problems once again, as they did against the Aquile in November. We can see both teams scoring on Sunday, but neither side may have enough to take all three points at the Stadio Friuli.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a draw or an away win.

Sampdoria vs. Torino (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Sampdoria will host Torino on Sunday afternoon hoping to end their run of five Serie A matches without a win.

Meanwhile, Il Toro escaped from the relegation zone last weekend with a dramatic win over Sassuolo and could move further away from danger if they secure three more points at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium.

We say: Sampdoria 1-1 Torino

The last eight Serie A meetings between Sampdoria and Torino have seen four draws and two wins for each team, including the 2-2 draw played out earlier this season.

With little to separate the two sides, a score draw could be on the cards at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Fiorentina vs. AC Milan (Sunday, 5.00pm)

Still in with a shot at their first Scudetto in a decade, AC Milan seek to put their European disappointment of midweek behind them, as they travel to face Fiorentina on Sunday evening.

With the previously off-colour Viola bursting into bloom in a 4-1 destruction of fellow strugglers Benevento last time out, the Rossoneri will be hoping to quell the hosts' recent goalscoring feats and post a first win in four.

We say: Fiorentina 1-1 AC Milan

A relatively solid home record and the goal threat of Dusan Vlahovic could prove just enough to eke a point out of this challenging encounter for Fiorentina - particularly given the visitors' recent workload and stalling form.

Though glad to have top-scoring talisman Zlatan Ibrahimovic back leading the line, several other absences and the inevitable feeling that hopes of silverware are slipping away from them might well see Milan's spell in choppy waters continue at the Franchi.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Roma vs. Napoli (Sunday, 7.45pm)

Roma's Gianluca Mancini pictured in March 2021© Reuters

Southern rivals Roma and Napoli clash in the traditional Sunday evening curtain-closer to another round of Serie A action, as the two top-four contenders convene in the capital.

The Giallorossi recovered from a shock defeat to lowly Parma last weekend to progress in Europe in midweek, while the visitors posted back-to-back wins with an impressive victory over Milan at San Siro.

We say: Roma 2-2 Napoli

As Roma have struggled to keep their composure versus their closest rivals in recent times - and Napoli often come up short against other members of the Serie A elite outside of their Naples stronghold - this well-balanced contest is a particularly tough one to call.

Though all four goals belonged to the Neapolitans last time they met, on this occasion, the two teams should share the spoils in what is likely to be a pulsating and highly-charged affair.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or an away win.
