Bayer Leverkusen attacker Kai Havertz would reportedly prefer to join Bayern Munich over Liverpool during this summer's transfer window.
The 20-year-old scored 20 times in 42 appearances for Leverkusen during the 2018-19 season, while he has managed nine goals and eight assists in 33 appearances this term.
Liverpool continue to be strongly linked with the Germany international, who made his first-team debut for his current side in 2016 after progressing through the youth system.
However, according to Sky Deutschland, Havertz would prefer to join the Bundesliga champions over Jurgen Klopp's team ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
The report claims that Bayern are not prepared to pay over €70m (£61.4m), however, which is significantly under Leverkusen's current asking price.
Manchester United have also previously been credited with an interest in the playmaker.
