Report: Liverpool value Oussama Assaidi at £7m

Oussama Assaidi will be allowed to join Stoke City for £7m this summer, according to reports.

Liverpool have reportedly told Stoke City that they must pay £7m to secure Oussama Assaidi's services this summer.

Assaidi spent the season on loan at Stoke, and his form for the club during his stay at the Britannia Stadium has persuaded Mark Hughes to make him one of his top targets ahead of the next campaign.

According to The Telegraph, Brendan Rodgers is willing to allow the Moroccan to leave Anfield if the Potters offer £7m.

As they prepare to return to the Champions League, Liverpool are believed to be eager to raise more transfer funds by selling a number of their fringe players.

Stoke are understood to value Assaidi less than the fee Liverpool are demanding.
