Sam Allardyce has insisted that the recent transfer saga surrounding Joe Hart will not affect his mentality as England prepare for their first World Cup qualifier.
The Manchester City keeper secured a loan move to Italian side Torino on transfer deadline day, having fallen out of favour at his club side under Pep Guardiola.
Hart's only appearance so far this season came in the Champions League qualifying victory over Steaua Bucuresti, but Allardyce claims that he is more than happy to select the 29-year-old for the meeting with Slovakia on Sunday.
"Joe missed one day [this week]. The president of Torino sent over a private plane, picked him up gave him a medical and dropped him off again," he told reporters. "The big thing for me is that Joe's future is sorted so his focus is back on England. That is why I selected him."
Tom Heaton and Alex McCarthy provide back-up for England, with Fraser Forster being forced to pull out of the squad through injury and Jack Butland also missing the cut due to a long-term ankle problem.
