Real Madrid's Angel di Maria wants Manchester United move?

Real Madrid star Angel di Maria is reportedly open to signing for Manchester United this season, despite initially leaning towards Paris Saint-Germain.

Angel di Maria is reportedly open to leaving Real Madrid for Manchester United this summer, despite interest from Paris Saint-Germain.

The Argentina international is rumoured to be keen on leaving the Bernabeu following the arrivals of Toni Kroos and James Rodriguez.

While PSG were initially the frontrunners to seal the 26-year-old's signature, the French outfit's president Nasser Al-Khelaifi recently described the player as "too expensive" following reports that Madrid want £50m.

According to The Express, reports in Spain have claimed that PSG are still interested in signing Di Maria, but the Argentine is leaning towards a move to Old Trafford.

United are aiming to strengthen their midfield options under new manager Louis van Gaal, with Juventus star Arturo Vidal also being touted as a transfer target.
