Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc says that Jadon Sancho will be allowed to leave this summer "under certain conditions".

Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc has revealed that Jadon Sancho will be allowed to leave the club this summer "under certain conditions".

The England international has again been in impressive form for BVB during the 2020-21 campaign, scoring 12 goals and registering 18 assists in 34 appearances in all competitions.

Manchester United are allegedly preparing to reignite their interest in the 21-year-old this summer, while Liverpool are also believed to still be in the running for his signature.

Zorc has confirmed that there is "a gentleman's agreement" that will allow Sancho to leave Signal Iduna Park in the upcoming market under certain criteria.

"We already had a gentlemen's agreement with Jadon last year that he can switch under certain conditions," Zorc told ARD. "He's been with us for a couple of years. However, this agreement does not exist with Erling [Braut Haaland]."

Sancho's current deal with Dortmund, who are battling to secure a spot in next season's Champions League, is due to expire in the summer of 2023.
