Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed that Andreas Pereira will not be leaving Manchester United before the end of the transfer window.
The Brazil international's Old Trafford future appeared to be uncertain after being linked with moves to Arsenal, Everton and West Ham United.
Pereira has started just one of Solskjaer's eight games in charge and was not included in the matchday squad for the 3-1 win over Arsenal, but the 23-year-old is still part of United's long-term plans.
"I can't see him going out on loan," Solskjaer told reporters. "Andreas has done fantastic in training ever since I've come back. I've kept in touch with Warren [Joyce], who had him in the reserves.
"I've known about Andreas from before and he's a player that you could see playing quite a few games for us towards the end of the season."
Pereira has appeared for a total of 17 minutes in the Premier League under Solskjaer and made his only start in the FA Cup third-round win against Reading.
