Six Premier League players make Netherlands squad

Six Premier League footballers, including Robin van Persie, receive a call-up to the Netherlands squad for upcoming qualifiers.

Six players that belong to Premier League clubs have been named in the Netherlands squad for next month's World Cup qualifiers against Estonia and Andorra.

Strikers Robin van Persie and Ricky van Wolfswinkel, of Manchester United and Norwich City respectively, have been included, as has Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel.

Swansea City's Michel Vorm is one of three goalkeepers, while Aston Villa captain Ron Vlaar has also been selected.

There was also a place for Manchester City defender Karim Rekik, who is on loan at PSV Eindhoven.
