Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe insists that he wants to keep on winning following his World Cup crown earlier this summer.

Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe has insisted that he wants to keep on winning following his World Cup crown earlier this summer.

Mbappe became the youngest ever player to score at the finals after netting four goals, including one in the final, as Didier Deschamps's men claimed their second tournament victory against Croatia.

Upon returning to his domestic duties, the 19-year-old told PSG TV that he is determined to transfer his international form into his club games.

"It was a really incredible feeling. We did it!," Mbappe said of the World Cup crown. "At the start, you just want to enjoy the experience, but the further you go, you start thinking about winning it. It's the World Cup, something unique.

"You realise pretty quickly that you have to make sacrifices to win something so special. And I have no problem making sacrifices to win. But now we're back in Paris with new objectives, even if we always want to win.

"In Russia it was with the national team and now I'm back with my club side - but we still have to keep on winning."

PSG's eyes will be on the Champions League this season, in which the team were knocked out by Real Madrid at the last-16 stage last term.
