Vinicius Junior's agent says that there is "a big chance" his client could spend the rest of his career at Real Madrid.

The agent of Real Madrid attacker Vinicius Junior has said that there is "a big chance" his client could spend the rest of his career at Bernabeu.

The 22-year-old made the move to the Spanish capital from Flamengo in July 2018, and he has represented Los Blancos on 222 occasions, scoring 59 goals and registering 64 assists in the process.

Vinicius has been in excellent form for Carlo Ancelotti's side during the 2022-23 campaign, scoring 23 goals and registering 21 assists in 52 appearances in all competitions.

The Brazil international was on the scoresheet in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final against Manchester City last week, and he will now be bidding to lead his side into another European Cup final.

Vinicius's current deal at Real Madrid is due to expire in June 2024, although there have been claims that he has agreed a new contract until the summer of 2027, with an announcement potentially arriving this summer.

A number of Premier League clubs are said to be keeping a close eye on his situation, but Frederico Pena, who represents the attacker, has suggested that his client could spend his whole career at Bernabeu.

"Vini is very close with Real Madrid and he's so happy there. He's very at ease, he loves the club. He's been there so long, he's kind of turned into a man there," Pena told The Telegraph.

"But will he one day leave Real Madrid or will he be a one-club kind of player? I would tell you right now there's a big chance that he's the kind of player who stays in one club and makes history there and stays there for 15-plus years.

"I can't really see that happening right now (moving to the Premier League), but who knows, these things change in football and there's things you would never imagine seeing that happen.

"I would just say if he were to leave Real Madrid someday, it would make no sense for it to be somewhere other than the Premier League."

Pena was also asked about the likes of Erling Braut Haaland and Kylian Mbappe, who are believed to be targets for Real Madrid over the next couple of years, potentially leading to a new period of dominance for the club.

"I think we'll go back to a time where there's a bigger group of players who will be in that spotlight," said the agent.

"For instance, Haaland is playing in the Premier League, which has the biggest global reach and that will play a part. But Haaland plays for Norway who are not fighting for the World Cup, so I think we will go back to a healthy time like when there was Ronaldo and [Zinedine] Zidane and Ronaldinho, and other players.

"Vini is such a professional athlete and he's so disciplined, I think he will be at that level for the next decade and more, but I don't think it will only be those three players (Vinicius, Haaland, and Mbappe). I think it will evolve in a different way."

Vinicius has scored seven goals and registered five assists in 11 Champions League appearances this season, and he will be eyeing a second European Cup trophy this term.
