James Rodriguez's agent has reportedly started transfer negotiations over a summer move to Juventus.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Jorge Mendes has been granted permission from Real Madrid president Florentino Perez to begin the discussions on behalf of his client.
The report adds that Juve will have to pay their Spanish counterparts around £30m to conclude the deal.
The Colombian joined Madrid from Monaco on the back of a positive World Cup campaign in 2014, but he has struggled to live up to expectations at the Bernabeu.
