Scunthorpe United have announced the appointment of Stuart McCall as their new manager, three days after sacking Nick Daws.
The 54-year-old will be joined by assistant Kenny Black at Glanford Park for a fourth stint together in the dugout, while Andy Dawson will stay on as first-team coach.
McCall has been out of work since being replaced as Bradford City manager in February following a run of six defeats, despite guiding the Bantams to the League One playoff final in 2016-17.
Scunthorpe parted company with Daws last week on the back of a 5-0 loss to Fleetwood Town, leaving them on four points from four games prior to their 2-2 draw with Barnsley on Saturday.
Next up for United is a trip to eighth-placed Accrington Stanley next weekend.
