Tottenham Hotspur head coach Mauricio Pochettino has suggested that his side were unlucky to lose in their 2-1 League Cup defeat by Arsenal this evening.
Veteran midfielder Mathieu Flamini scored two goals either side of a Calum Chambers own goal to send the Gunners into the last 16 of the tournament, but Pochettino believes that Spurs were the better team in the second half.
Speaking to club reporters after the match, Pochettino said: "It was a close game but we're disappointed. We created more chances and dominated the second half.
"It's not a good feeling. We feel bad but we have to take the positives and move on to Saturday."
Spurs will take on Manchester City in the Premier League on Saturday.
