Nuno hails "very polished" Valencia

Valencia boss Nuno praises his team for their "very polished" performance on Saturday as they returned to winning ways in La Liga with a 3-0 victory over Malaga.

Valencia boss Nuno has praised his team for their performance during Saturday's 3-0 win over Malaga.

Los Che have struggled to find their best form in the early part of the season and it has been reported that Nuno's long-term role at the club is currently in doubt.

Last season's fourth-placed finishers in Spain's top flight recorded a comfortable win at the weekend, however, to move onto 12 points for the season.

"It wasn't an easy win, but we were very polished in how we earned the three points. The work of the whole team was decisive in us getting the result," Nuno told reporters.

"I saw a very good first half, in which we were superior, but in the second half Malaga made us work more, although they didn't threaten us."

Valencia have only scored seven goals in eight league games this season.
