Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Jamie O'Hara is known for having one of the deadliest left feet in the Premier League. His manager, Mick McCarthy, said as much when signing the 25-year-old from Tottenham Hotspur last summer.

However, O'Hara has another, less-documented talent. Something previous footballers have tried to do an failed - taming Danielle Lloyd.

Prior to meeting O'Hara, Lloyd dated a succession of footballers, starting with former Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur striker Teddy Sheringham in 2006. The pair met while the wily old Teddy was judging a Miss Great Britain contest Lloyd was taking part in.

That relationship ended sourly though, as Sheringham dumped the glamour model as a result of the racism row she was involved in while in the Big Brother house.

Lloyd moved on to the well-travelled Marcus Bent, then of Birmingham City, in 2007 but the pair went their separate ways after two months following rumours that the centre-forward had been a naughty boy!

A year later Lloyd was again dating a player with a Tottenham Hotspur connection, - Jermain Defoe. Like her relationship with Bent, this one last just two months before Defoe opted to get back together with his former girlfriend, Charlotte Mears.

Enter Mr O'Hara, who swept Lloyd off her feet in 2009. The pair didn't wait too long to engage, as the midfielder went down on one knee in Paris in December 2009.

The pair have gone on to have two children, Archie and Harry, and are due to tie the knot next year.

Whatever magic O'Hara produced to gain commitment from his wife-to-be, Wolves fans will be hoping he can find something similar for the relegation battle.
