Zenit St Petersburg have revealed that they will sign Spartak Moscow striker Artyom Dzyuba during the summer.
The 26-year-old, who has risen through the ranks with Spartak, will complete the move as soon as his contract expires at the Otkrytie Arena in June.
Speaking about the reasoning behind the switch, Dzyuba told the club's official website: "I understand that this is a definite risk and a really big step in my career, but I am ready for it. I'm ready because I've wanted to change something for a long time now and I wanted, just as any athlete does, to win something.
"I'm happy that it's worked out as it has. I understand that right now there are people on both sides who are going to be angry at me, and I understand that they are not going to be happy."
Dzyuba has scored seven goals in 14 Russian Premier League outings this term.
