Renault have confirmed that Bruno Senna will race at this weekend's Belgian Grand Prix in place of Nick Heidfeld.
The 27-year-old Brazilian will also take over from the German for the remaining eight races of the season, according to BBC Sport.
Senna is currently a test driver and reserve driver for Renault.
Heidfeld is eighth in this year's drivers' world championship, while Renault sit fifth in the constructors' world championship.
