Matt Every has stormed into the lead at the Greenbrier Classic with a sparkling second round of 62 in West Virginia.
The 29-year-old, who is yet to win on the PGA Tour, is on nine-under-par at the half-way stage - one shot clear of Daniel Summerhays, Bill Lunde, Steven Bowditch, Russell Henley and Johnson Wagner.
Tonny Gainey, who shared the overnight lead with Wagner, carded a 71 to leave himself two shots off the pace on seven-under-par.
Greg Owen and Jonas Blixt, also on seven-under, are the best-placed Europeans players.
