Hull Kingston Rovers have beaten Salford City Reds 18-10 at The Willows in the Super League this afternoon.
The home side took the lead after just fifteen minutes when fullback Luke Patten went over.
However, the visitors hit back just before the half-time break courtesy of a Lincoln Withers try. A successful conversion from Michael Dobson ensured that Hull KR went into the break ahead.
Salford regained the lead just after the hour mark when Ashley Gibson broke through to touch down, with Daniel Holdsworth adding the two points to give the hosts a 10-6 lead.
Hull responded immediately, however, as Scott Taylor touched down twice to give the visitors an 18-10 victory.
The result means that Hull KR leapfrog today's opponents in the Super League table, moving up to ninth while Salford drop to tenth.
