England full-back Mike Brown has been given two days' rest after he was knocked unconscious during England's win over Italy on Saturday.
Brown was replaced by Billy Twelvetrees, and is a doubt to face Ireland in Dublin next Sunday as England follow the protocol for concussed players.
Head coach Stuart Lancaster revealed the news, while he also confirmed that a number of players will be released back to their club sides so they can play in the Aviva Premiership this weekend.
He told reporters: "We'll review the Italy game in the morning followed by training and we will then release a number of players back to their clubs in the evening ahead of the Aviva Premiership this coming weekend. We will then train on Wednesday and Thursday before we come back into camp on Monday.
"Mike Brown has been given two days complete rest and will be re-assessed this evening as part of the graduated return to play protocol."
England and Ireland are the only two unbeaten teams left in the competition.
