Owen Farrell has recovered from injury to make the team for England's Grand Slam decider against Wales in the Six Nations this Saturday.
Head coach Stuart Lancaster has made four changes to the side, as Toby Flood makes way for Farrell, while Ben Youngs starts at scrum-half over Danny Care.
Joe Marler has been picked ahead of Mako Vunipola at loose-head, while Tom Croft, who was almost left paralysed when he broke his neck 12 months ago, will start at blindside flanker.
James Haskell is demoted to the bench, while Joe Launchbury has been passed fit following an elbow injury during England's 18-11 win over Italy last weekend.
