Wales coach Warren Gatland has admitted that prop Samson Lee could miss the Rugby World Cup due to an Achilles injury.
The 22-year-old suffered the problem last weekend during his side's 23-16 win over Ireland in the Six Nations.
Lee is expected to undergo surgery before starting the rehabilitation process.
"It is a long-termer that could potentially keep him out of the World Cup," Gatland is quoted as saying by BBC Sport. "I think he has a 50-50 [chance of being fit for the tournament].
"We have two warm-up games before the squad is announced in the summer. If he's up and running and things go well he won't be too far away. Do we take the risk and name him without too much rugby? In the end it will be up to the medics."
Lee has won 12 caps for Wales since 2013.
