Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco has revealed that he will continue to wear the brace on his knee after sustaining an injury in his side's win over the Detroit Lions last Monday.
The 28-year-old wore the protection after suffering from a mild MCL sprain in the Ravens' defeat to the New England Patriots, but is adamant that it has not prevented him from playing his natural game.
"I'm going to do it the same way," Flacco told the club's official website. "I really just want to make sure I can be as safe as I can moving forward so nothing crazy happens. I'm pretty comfortable with it.
"It's not ideal, but it is what it is and it's not that big of an issue."
The Ravens can secure a playoff berth with a win over the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.
