Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco has insisted that the club do not need to select a wide receiver in the upcoming NFL Draft.
The Ravens lost Torrey Smith in free agency as he penned a deal with the San Francisco 49ers, which leaves the AFC North side with veteran Steve Smith as the only notable name among their receiving corps.
However, Flacco is confident that the young players at the position can rise to the challenge of producing for John Harbaugh's men next season.
"Obviously, without Torrey now, the one thing we probably don't have as much of is that speed, is that one guy who can stretch the field," Flacco told reporters.
"But I'm not going to say we need it. I think we got really good guys and I think we're good with who we have."
Flacco threw for 3,986 yards along with 27 touchdowns to 12 interceptions in the 2014 season.
