Justin Forsett: 'Baltimore Ravens want me to stay for next season'

Baltimore Ravens running back Justin Forsett admits that the club would like him to extend his stay beyond the end of the season following an impressive year.

Baltimore Ravens running back Justin Forsett has revealed that the club want him back for the 2015 season.

The 29-year-old signed a one-year deal with John Harbaugh's side last season, but impressed running the ball for the franchise as he put up career numbers.

Forsett has admitted that there is mutual interest between both parties to get a new deal signed.

"That is the plan, they gave me my shot, they trusted me and believed in me enough to give me that shot so I'd like to stay," Forsett told NFL Network.

"They expressed that they want me back. I want to be back, so we'll see what happens."

Forsett recorded 1,266 yards and eight touchdowns for the Ravens in the 2014 regular season.
