Scott Chandler released by Buffalo Bills

Twenty-nine-year-old wide receiver Scott Chandler is released by the Buffalo Bills after five seasons.

The Buffalo Bills have released wide receiver Scott Chandler.

The 29-year-old was a regular starter in his first four seasons, but he only started five games in 2014 and gained just 497 yards.

NFL Media suggests that the Bills are freeing up room before they try to sign either Charles Clay or Percy Harvin, who are both free agents.

Chandler scored 17 touchdowns in five seasons with the team.
