Carolina Panthers kicker Graham Gano has signed a four-year contract extension with the club.
The 26-year-old was due to be out of contract in March when his deal with the club expired, but the Panthers were keen to keep him due to his excellent form throughout the 2013 season.
"The special teams unit was a large part of our success last year, and we are excited to keep Graham as a part of our team," head coach Ron Rivera told the club's official website.
"Graham has shown range and accuracy in his field goal kicking, and his strong leg has been a weapon for us on kickoffs."
Gano made 24 out of the 27 field goals he attempted during the 2013 campaign.
