The NFC North showdown between the Chicago Bears and the Minnesota Vikings is level at the break with the scores at 10-10 at Soldier Field.
The Bears went ahead on their first possession of the game as Jay Cutler drove his side to the 38-yard line of the Vikings before the visitors halted his offense. Robbie Gould attempted a season-long field goal from 55 yards and nailed his kick between the posts.
Minnesota rallied to take the lead when Pat O'Donnell's punt was collected by Marcus Sherels, who ran over the left side of the field into open space and got behind a block to run into the endzone for a 65-yard score.
The Vikings extended their lead minutes later when Adrian Peterson made a surging run to guide his team into the redzone, but his side were denied a touchdown by the Bears, resulting in a 43-yard field goal from Blair Walsh.
Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was intercepted by Kyle Fuller with under a minute left in the half, and he was punished when Cutler found Alshon Jeffery for a 21-yard touchdown to level the scores.
