Major Wright has said that Matthew Stafford cannot cope with pressure from the opposition defence.
The Chicago Bears safety has criticised the Detroit Lions quarterback ahead of the two sides' meeting this weekend.
Wright told the Detroit News: "You've got Matthew Stafford, he's definitely having an okay season. He can make any throw on that field.
"You have to be aware of putting pressure on him because you put a little pressure on him - he kind of folds.
"You put a little pressure on [Stafford], you close the pocket on him, and he hesitates. He doesn't make that perfect throw."
Stafford has completed the second most passing yards in the NFL this season, behind only Drew Brees.
The Chicago Bears can make the postseason playoffs with a win over the Lions on Sunday if other results go their way.
