The Cleveland Browns have announced that they have signed free agent running back Ben Tate.
Tate was allowed to test the open market by the Houston Texans after four seasons with the club, and he has now reportedly agreed a two-year deal with the Browns worth $7m (£4.2m).
The club said in a statement on their official website: "The Cleveland Browns on Saturday agreed to terms with unrestricted free agent Ben Tate. General Manager Ray Farmer made the announcement."
The 25-year-old rushed for 771 yards and four touchdowns in the 2013 season.
